By downloading or using Baseball Scorecard ("the App"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the App.
You're granted a personal, non-transferable license to use the App on devices you own or control, in accordance with these terms and the applicable store's terms of service.
The App is for personal, non-commercial use — keeping score at baseball games. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, modify, or redistribute the App or its source code.
The App offers an optional one-time purchase ("Scorecard Pro") that unlocks additional features. All purchases are final and subject to the Apple App Store or Google Play refund policies. The premium unlock is tied to your App Store or Google Play account and can be restored on any device signed into that account via the "Restore purchases" option.
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
